This is a wonderful place to live. The staff is welcoming and extremely helpful. My move in went incredibly smoothly. Rent is reasonable and the building has none of the amenity fees or hidden charges that other places do. Newark has amazing transportation options and there's lots going on. Highly recommended.

When I toured and moved to Iconiq 777, I didn’t think another apartment building would surpass it, but Parq 930 has and then some. Special thank you and credit to Rachel, the Director of Leasing. She’s very knowledgeable, patient and not bias, which is much needed when everything looks so good and it’s hard to make a decision. Thank you, Rachel. Having resided in 50 Rector Park apartments for nearly five years, I can affirm that it is an excellent choice for a home. The building offers a peaceful atmosphere, with well-maintained apartments that are designed to maximize natural light and provide a comfortable living space. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with easy access to restaurants, shopping centers, and transportation options, including Newark Light Rail, Newark Broad Street, and Newark Penn Train Stations. The management team consistently exhibits professionalism and responsiveness, efficiently addressing any inquiries or maintenance requests. Additionally, the building’s amenities are well-kept, fostering a friendly, community-oriented environment. For anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient living experience, 50 Rector Park apartments are worth considering.

I toured Iconiq 777 recently and honestly… I was impressed. The building itself is beautiful—very clean, modern, and it actually gives that real luxury, city vibe in person, not just in pictures. The rooftop and pool area especially stood out to me, the views are crazy and it just feels like a place you’d actually enjoy coming home to. Zachary was great throughout the whole tour. He was professional but still easy to talk to, and he took his time explaining everything without making it feel rushed or salesy. I asked a lot of questions and he answered all of them clearly, which I appreciated. At one point I even asked him if Parq 930 was their sister building because I noticed it looked like the same developer. Instead of brushing it off or getting annoyed, he actually went out of his way to check if their leasing manager was in. Luckily for me, he was—and I got to meet Gary, who also had amazing energy. Both of them were just genuinely welcoming and helpful. What really stood out to me was the overall vibe. The experience felt smooth, real, and comfortable. Out of all the places I’ve looked at, this was the one where I felt the strongest connection—not just with the building, but with the people managing it. And to me, that matters just as much. Because of that, I ended up choosing them. I’d rather be somewhere where I feel comfortable and connected with management, and this just felt right. Overall, really strong impression. Definitely one of the best tours I’ve had. If you go, ask for Zachary he’ll take care of you.

We've just moved in this week, and absolutely happy with our decision! If you are looking for good value with easy transit access, this is the place. Plus, the team here is awesome! Tiare made sure we had answers to all our questions and accommodated our requests. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. Santos and Daniel made sure that our move in process was smooth and the apartment was in great condition. It is refreshing to see that everyone we've interacted with so far was extremely diligent and helpful.
